What can you do to
make your
rapeseed recognized
as sustainable?

Fill out the Agricultural Producer Self-Declaration – signed for each season and printed during delivery.
Provide information about the number of kilometers travelled by rapeseed from your field to our collection point.
Fill out the application for receiving direct subsidies covering the period during which rapeseed was harvested (along with indicating on which plots it was cultivated).
If you DO NOT RECEIVE subsidies from ARiMR (Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture), you should also provide documents (they are presented at the time of delivery):
- training regarding soils and certificates and attestations related to erosion protection and reclamation methods;
- training records/certificates of employees regarding plant protection products and fertilizers;
- plant protection products and fertilizers, method of use, application rate – internal records, spray calendar; internal records and spray calendar, which will be related to the method of use and application rate of plant protection products and fertilizers;
- photos from the warehouses where you store plant protection products and fertilizers, as well as internal instructions on storage;
- certificates and important inspections of the equipment used by you for spraying;
- competence of employees to conduct inspections of spraying and fertilizing machines – documents from trainings and courses that will confirm the competence of your employees to conduct inspections of spraying and fertilizing machines;

waste management – agreements and paid bills related to waste management;
statement of which plots it comes from – the entire cadastral number of the plot.

NOTE!
If a farmer transformed land after 01/01/2008, they do not sell the obtained raw material as biomass. This applies to transformations into arable land from:

meadows, pastures;
forests;
wetlands, marshes;
peat bogs.

If the land is subject to agri-environmental programs or is protected areas (e.g. Natura 2000), the farmer should comply with the requirements of such a program – this can be verified during an audit. The auditor may request evidence of meeting these requirements.

The submitted documents will only be used for the purpose of verifying whether the land on which rapeseed was grown meets the requirements of the RED II directive for land used for biomass production.

Commercial companies, including Agricultural Producer Groups, must have a valid certificate of sustainable development (KZR INIG or ISCC EU or REDcert EU) at the time of delivery.

Regardless of the above rules, every rapeseed supplier is obliged to report their farm/business to the appropriate District Veterinary Officer and District Sanitary-Epidemiological Station for registration.

At the moment of signing the contract for the sale of rapeseed or the first delivery, our employee may ask the supplier for the registration numbers assigned by these inspections.

Collection
points

Rapeseed collection occurs at nine different points. Our partner – Fermy Drobiu Woźniak – conducts the points.

The storage capacity of the warehouses where we store rapeseed exceeds 200,000 tons. Check which of the points is closest to you.

Notification
system

Does the rapeseed you cultivate meet our requirements? If so, that’s perfect. Check how to prepare for delivery and get to know our notification system.

During the supplier onboarding process, suppliers are required to adhere to the following principles: 

The workwear, i.e. covered footwear, long trousers, as well as a reflective vest and protective gloves, is mandatory on the premises.
No third parties are allowed on the premises of the facility – in particular, the entry of children into the complex is prohibited.

The driver is authorized to move within the loading and unloading zone, i.e.: 
- yard, 
- the loading or unloading point to which they have been directed, 
- the scale to which they have been directed, 
- designated social room, 
- in case of necessity, offices, in order to obtain necessary information.

Drivers are prohibited from moving especially in production areas (feed mixers, elevators, presses).  
Follow the recommendations of the plant employees.
